Bill Dunton, 55, has spent over 30 years working in construction and site development. During the last 20 years, he has been a real estate developer exclusively in the Bethel area.

Prior to conceiving Locke Summit Estates, he completed, Riverbend Condominiums, a 60 unit, luxury Post and Beam condominium development. Bill designed and built the entire project including the buildings, roads, parking lot, and fire protection pond. Riverbend is located right across the road from Locke Summit Estates.

In 1994, he designed and then built Pat’s Pizza of Bethel. incorporating his signature Post and Beam construction. He remains a partner in that venture.

In 1998, he bought a massive “chicken barn” on six riverfront acres in Bethel and designed and conceived it's transformation into, BIG Adventure Center, a year-round family entertainment park featuring a massive three level Laser Tag Arena, Game Room, Indoor Climbing Wall, 18-Hole Miniature Golf Course, Bowling Alley, and Water-Slides. Bill designed and built every one of BIG’s amenities. He is a majority partner in that project.

Bill’s hands-on approach to everything he does has allowed him to design and build just about anything he puts his mind to. Locke Summit will be his largest undertaking yet.

On a side note: Bill’s son Rick is an engineer working for Main-land Development. Rick had done most of the engineering for Locke Summit Estates’ master plan.
