We saw this beautiful Gate house in the mountains of Pennsylvania and decided it was just the look we wanted for Locke Summit. We have made a few changes to facilitate our entrance terrain, but we will pretty much stay true to this design. Attached as an “L” behind this gate house will be our Community Recreation Center, designed to be a central gathering place for everyone in the community.

Bring your friends, meet your neighbors, have a cookout on the patio, swim in our indoor pool or relax in the hot tub, while the kids enjoy our game room. Play pool, table tennis, or exercise in our fitness center. Maybe you’d prefer to just relax in our reading room after a hard day on the slopes and get lost in a great book. This building will be chock full of amenities that will elevate Locke Summit Estates high above any other mountain community in the area.
